Introduction to Wellness Recovery Action Plan® Workshop
Wellness Recovery Action Plan® (WRAP®) is an evidence-based process designed to help people to take agency in their mental health recovery and maintenance of wellbeing. Founded in principles of hope, personal responsibility, support, self-advocacy, and education, WRAP increases self-awareness around mental health challenges and wellness, promotes safe and accessible tools for wellbeing, and centers the wishes and preferences of the person. This workshop outlines the steps of the WRAP process for audiences to implement in their lives and provides an introduction to our comprehensive eight week WRAP group process program.
