Social Drop-In Program

MHA’s Drop-In program offers a stigma-free environment for individuals who have experienced or are currently living with mental health challenges. It's a place where you can connect, socialize, and learn new tools and skills in a safe, welcoming, and restorative setting. Whether you’re looking to participate in an activity, get help navigating community services and resources, enjoy a quiet moment, share a snack, or build friendships, our Drop-In space is available for everyone.

What makes this program unique is that it’s led by our peer specialists—individuals who have their own lived experiences with mental health challenges. They bring understanding, compassion, and real-world insights.

Check out our calendar for Drop-In hours and join us in this supportive community space.
