Provide non-crisis support to callers including reassurance and referrals to local emergency, mental health or other social services. This position requires NYS Peer Certification. See the bottom of the page for more information regarding how to obtain certification.

This position supports day-to-day administration duties for the organization including but not limited to greeting visitors, answering incoming calls and referring to
appropriate staff members.

Assist MHA in developing and implementing fundraising activities and identifying and applying for grants and other funding opportunities.

Assist MHA staff in the delivery of adult programming and activities of the Peer Outreach Center.
