Join Our Team
At the Mental Health Association, our work is grounded in connection, lived experience, and the belief that everyone deserves to feel seen, supported, and valued. Our team of Peer Specialists and advocates show up each day to support individuals and families navigating mental health challenges, with compassion, respect, and without judgment.
We’re always looking for thoughtful, committed people who care deeply about their community and want to make a meaningful impact. Whether you’re drawing on your own lived experience or bringing professional skills to support our mission, you’ll be part of a collaborative, supportive team that values authenticity and growth.
If you’re passionate about mental health, equity, and meeting people where they are, we’d love to hear from you.
Family Peer Advocate
We are seeking a Family Peer Advocate to support families and caregivers raising children and youth with mental health, behavioral, or emotional challenges.
This role uses lived experience as a caregiver to provide one-on-one support, help families navigate systems, and connect to community resources. We’re looking for someone who is compassionate, a strong listener, and committed to empowering families in a respectful, non-judgmental way.
Join a peer-led team making a meaningful impact in the community.
Volunteer
Looking to give back in a meaningful way? The Mental Health Association is seeking compassionate, reliable volunteers to support our peer-led programs. Opportunities may include welcoming participants, assisting with groups, supporting community events, and helping create a warm, inclusive environment for all.
Volunteers play an important role in building connection and reducing isolation in our community. No clinical experience is needed, just a willingness to listen, learn, and show up with kindness.
