Psychosocial / Drop-In Programming
Micaela Corazon in the Outreach Center
MHA’s Psychosocial and Drop-In programs provide a stigma-free space for people who have experienced or who are living with mental health issues to connect, socialize and learn new tools and skills. Our space is a safe, restorative, welcoming environment where guests can participate in an activity, receive help navigating community services and resources, sit quietly, enjoy a snack or build friendships. This program is a “peer-support” program, staffed by individuals with their own lived mental health experiences.
Check out our calendar for drop-in hours and a current schedule of groups and activities. Participants must be at least 18 years of age.
The Social Drop-In program is housed in our Outreach Center which is easily accessible and centrally located on the Ithaca Commons.
Location: MHA Outreach Center, 171 E State St suite 115, Ithaca, NY 14850
